Inputting your own calorie allowance
Rather than use what is calculated based on height, weight etc, I want to input my own calorie intake. I'm sure I have done this before and can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

What a rubbish few days.... Time to face it
So I started my MFP journey a few days ago but we have had pizza days at work, functions etc to attend. That is now all out of the way so I intend on grabbing it with both hands now and sticking to it. Winter-spiration?
I would like some yummy tasty ideas for meals that involve veg and perhaps minced beef or chicken too. The last 2 weeks I have had home-made slow cooked veg stew for lunch using carrots, leeks, onions, potatoes, barley, stock and herbs which has been tasty but i'd like some other ideas too.

I made the school girl error of ordering my shopping online by uploading my previous receipt from the supermarket when I accidentally ordered 2 x 2.5kg bags of carrots.... and ordering 2 x 2.5kgs again! What can I do with them?! lol

low calorie lunches?
I have the following in my fridge: Carrots, onions, garlic, small potatoes, 2 leeks, cauliflour, broccolli and chillis. I also have herbs, curry powder, paprika, pasta, spaghetti, rice. I would like to batch make for the week ahead but lost inspiration. Recipe's gratefully received!!
