Wanting friends, support and advice whilst TTC and maintain

So, I have been an avid WWs member (both at home alone and meeting bound) and have lost weight happily. I lost 9lbs prior to going away to Mexico in Septmeber this year. During my 2 week all inclusive stay, I only gained 3lbs which I am very pleased about.

My exercise regime has died a death and bad habits and creeped back.... the odd biccy or 5 here, the odd crumb or chunk of cheese here and I need to get back onto it.

Now, I would like to make some friends for support. I found that when I was doing 30DS previous,y or any of JM's workouts to be honest, my stomach flatened out. Yes I know you cannot spot tone but I definately noticed my waist shrunk and was flatter than my current "podge" haha!

My one wonder is, my DH and I are now TTC. Should I still continue with my diet and exercise regime? Or should I change it in some way?
