Is there a recommended daily calorie total or anything concerning this plan? HUNGRY all the time
Anyone else notice this? Even when I was riding my bike 5-6 days a week last summer -- never was I this hungry. Hope it's a good thing. . .

Starting weights
Where is everyone else at as far as starting out? Most things, I've started at 10 pounds (8 even, depending on the exercise) and gone up from there. How long are these typically taking you all? I did day 2 this morning and was done in 30 minutes. :\ I'm not rushing through each exercise and I'm making sure my form is good. Just wondering if 30 minutes is enough. (My arms are saying it is) :)
