My strategy for tracking exercise
Can anyone see any flaws in my strategy. I am in maintenance now and am changing some things. I have a 2 Garmin HRM's. Sodium and canned tuna

Question about activity tracker and TDEE
I have the Garmin 15 which tracks my steps and also is a HRM for my cardio. When it tells me I have "burned 2500 calories,that is my TDEE correct?. I am at goal weight and don't want to lose any more lbs. but would like to lower my BF% more. Is this strictly now a what I eat deal or how do I go about this. Thanks for your help.

MFP and IIFYM
I am going to be going into maintenance on Monday and I checked my TDEE on IIFYM and they are very similar to the ones on MFP. I guess it doesn't really matter, but since I log my food here,I'll go by MFP guidelines. This make sense?

I have a heart rate monitor for my cardio training. Does anyone use both a HRM and the fitbit. I was thinking it would be good to track my activity when I am not doing cardio. Also, if you use the fitbit,which one is the best?-Thanks for your help

stuck
Is it normal to get stuck for a week or so. I have eaten under my intake everyday and workout 6 days a week. I lost 8 pounds the first 2 weeks but have not lost any more the last 2 weeks. Thanks for the help.

fruit infusion pitcher
Hi-I just bought a fruit infusion pitcher 2 weeks ago. Is there a way to make the water taste stronger than it is? I have used lemon-lime and just pineapples. I have the Prodyne pitcher and I filled it to the top with fruit,but the flavor is very weak, even after a few days. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

When I set my profile should I set it for sedentary or lightly active.
