When I set my profile should I set it for sedentary or lightly active. I am recently retired but I train with weights 1 hour a day,6 days a week and I also do a brisk walk (3.8 to 4 mph) with a HRM 5 times a week. I'm a little confused if I should take the exercise into account when I set my profile--Thanks in advance for your help

from what I know, you add in exercise separately so you would not include it. for example, I work a desk job but I also work out a few times a week but I chose sedentary so I can accurately log on the days that I'm not adding in exercise to my diary. so besides when youre exercising, are you on your feet a lot? running after screaming children? lol if so, I'd say lightly active0
