I started late last April, at 232.3 pounds. I was a size 18 in pants, XL in shirts. Today I was 165.6. I went shopping and got a size 10 jeans, and a size small shirt. I'm not done yet - I'd still like to lose around 20 more pounds. But I'm feeling pretty damned good about where I am today.
