With 20-30 pounds left

I'm 58 pounds down so far and I'd like to lose another 20-30. What should my weekly goal be? It's currently set to lose 1 pound a week - just want to verify that's not too aggressive.

I know there is a sticky around here somewhere with this info, I couldn't find it.

    Generally recommended ~1lb/week. If you want to go at 1.5 you can, but I wouldn't stay there long. 1lb a week is definitely doable and not aggressive!

    I was mostly curious if I should bump it down to .5 - but I'll keep it where it's at for now. If I went to 1.5, I think I'd be at 1,200 a day and I like a bit more wiggle room.

    You CAN do .5, but with up to 30lbs to lose you'd likely start getting itchy feet and want to do it faster anyways. If you lose another 5-10lbs and you start feeling like you want to eat more food, or that maybe you don't want to get to your original goal (instead a heavier weight), then you can definitely drop it to 0.5. I have about 20lbs left and I just dropped to 0.5-0.75lbs/week myself, mostly because I want to get as awesome of results as I can for body composition and I wanted to eat more food :p

    no problem, you've done this well so far so I'm sure you'll be able to make a good choice based on how you feel and your results anyways!
