Strength Training?
My DR suggested that I add some strength training into my work out 3 X a week. But I never did ask him the basics. I have a home gym - but no leg press and dumbells. How do I go about starting this?

elliptical question
I was just wondering if I would lose some weight if I used my elliptical every day for about 25 minutes? I have one that already has 2 programs entered and it goes from low resistance to a higher resistance on its own.... If for now I only did that work out would I notice any weight loss/ inches off? Too much exercise?
Is there such a thing as exercise too much? Currently right now I am doing 30 day shred - its 20 mins and at night I go for a 2 km face past walk. I dont physically feel like I have done enough. So what do you think? Can a person exercise too much ?

what day of the week do you weigh yourself? I know it does not matter what day of the week you weigh yourself but you should weigh yourself same time and perferabley in the morning after going to the bathroom.

I have my own eliptical and you can either do program 1 , program 2, or you can go for as long as you want and change the resistance yourself.
