I was just wondering when you go and take you cheast, hips, thigh measurements do you.....
A) go nude
b) where clothes and if so always the same clothes or different one?
C) how often?

I weigh myself in the nude. That way I know there is no variation in clothes weight.--Jim

I usually measure once per week, same time every time. I usually am just wearing a sports bra and panties when I measure as well. Hope that helps!!!
