Night shift
I am about to start my three days of my night shifts 6:30 pm - 7 :00 am . I have to leave about 5:30 to get to work than im home around 8:00 am in the morning. What food should I pack for my night time snack /meals ?

MFP says for my height, age, weight goal ect i should only have a 1200 food calorie intake. My fitness trainer says thats far to low and i should be eating 1900 and in a few weeks we will adjust if needed.
