I have only done the yoga portion of P90X, and really enjoy incorporating it into my workout routine when I have time.
I am a huge Jillian Michaels fan. Her DVDs have completely transformed my body. It's only 25 minutes and 30DS is a great workout! It has completely transformed my body. It is an incredible cardio burn along with fabulous strength training at the same time. She can be annoying hearing the same routine for 10 days in a row, but once you get to know the routine, you can turn her down and turn on some great tunes. Once you finish 30DS, I would highly recomment Ripped in 30, one of her other videos. She kicks it up notch.

I have never tried PX90. I did 30DS when I first started on MFP and lost weight and inches, and gained endurance and muscle fairly quickly. I did not like all of the plank positions that she used in level 2. I only did level 2 a couple of times and then went right to level 3. I liked that there was a beginner's version of the exercise so that I could keep up somewhat even though I could not do the advanced version right away. By the last week of the program, I was able to do the advanced pretty good, with the exception of the push ups. I also liked that it is only 25 minutes, but JM works you pretty hard. Hope it helps some!

I tried JM 30DS. Lasted about 2 1/2 weeks before I got bored (I did lvl 1 the first week, lvl 2 the 2nd, lvl 3 the 3rd, moving on when I started getting bored). But then, I get bored easily, which is why I use the library instead of buying all my exercise DVDs.

I've never tried P90X, but I want to. Anyway, I can't compare, but there's my experience with 30DS

oh, yeah, I think I lost 4 lbs and about 2" total in those 3 weeks.
