food diary question.

Im just starting over and I would like your input on my food diary. from today.
Will eating that way help me lose wright.? Am i missing something? SHould I add something?

Also when i work out, should i eat back my work out calories? if yes why...

    Cut out the sugar. Truvia is a great subbie if you need it. Definitely try to NET 1200 or more depending on your workout routine. So yes definitely eat back your exercise cals. Good luck!
