crafty ideas for motivation and progress

So does any one have any crafty ideas on how i can visually see my progress and goals, work out plan?
Putting it on MFP or a piece of paper just is not working for me!

I have this wall, I am actually staring at it right now. I work out beside it, I see it 56574829 times a day! its is a perfect wall.

I started thinking why not put my work out plan, make up a progress chart or something on there so i can visually see it.

please give me some ideas, thank you so much!!

This isn't really creative but, every time I workout I put a star on my calender. If I do cardio, then it's red. If it's strength then it's gold. My husband does the same thing. It sounds stupid but I actually feel like a kid getting stars for working out. haha Also, at the end of the month if I have been good and have got all my stars, we get rewarded with some spending cash. Same for goes for hubby. It also let's me visually see how many workouts I have completed.

Another idea is to find some motivating quotes and/or pictures, printing them out and framing them. I have a board on pinterest that I am planning to print out and frame.

not so much for your wall i guess, but i've seen people make paper clip chains as they lost.
    one clip=1 pound or kg

I have on my fridge printed out "Nothing taste as good as thin feels". I love things like that to keep me thinking good thoughts!
