Has any one done this video? Did you notice a difference?

how would i log the work outs on here?

Start It Up! (36 minutes)
Ramp It Up! (57 minutes)
Burn It Up! (64 minutes)

    I am still interested if any one has done this video and likes it and has gotten results. I did a google search and found this out

    It combines high-volume aerobic exercise with light resistance training
    The exercise itself is effective because it's 'smart' exercise: circuit-training style workouts designed to amp up your metabolism while maintaining - or even slightly increasing - lean muscle mass.

    So i guess I will just log it as circuit-training for how ever minutes the video is :)
