Has anyone here ever tried to stay within their weekly calories instead of doing daily? I have no issue eating all of my daily calories, but my exercising calories are a pain. Why are the numbers so different?
Here on MFP it says if I want to lose 2 lbs a week I need to eat 1590 calories, and then any exercise I do. However, on a TDEE calculator it says I need 2391 to maintain my weight, which means that I would only be allowed 1391 a day. This is a difference of 199 calories a day! Oh No! My boobs are gone!
I know it is only three weeks in but I am getting frustrated! My tummy stays while my chest is melting away! That just seems unfair if you ask me. Anyone else have this issue? There isn't a way to stop it besides doing tummy specific exercises is there?
