Getting Sick

Hi there,
I have a hypothetical question for everyone who knows. I am curious if eating too little for s short period of time could lead to something simple like a head cold. I know it might not make sense, but when I thought about it I realized that maybe it is possible that as a result of not having enough food energy then a body cannot fight off infection such as a cold. Crazy, or possible?

Persistant under-eating (dramaticaly) could certianly weaken your immune system and you could be prone to virus and infection. That's why sensible weight loss is important.0
