TDEE Question
Any experts out there who can tell me what I should count my exercise as (light, moderate etc.) using the scooby TDEE method? What I do: - 3 miles walking dog every day, rain or shine. - 3 days heavy lifting approx 60 minutes - Soccer game 50 min 1 day a week - run or spin class 3 days per week 30-60 minutes Thanks!
