TDEE Question

Any experts out there who can tell me what I should count my exercise as (light, moderate etc.) using the scooby TDEE method?

What I do:

- 3 miles walking dog every day, rain or shine.
- 3 days heavy lifting approx 60 minutes
- Soccer game 50 min 1 day a week
- run or spin class 3 days per week 30-60 minutes

    I'd probably go with heavy exercise, or at the very least moderate.
    It is meant to be a starting point, pick one, or the average of two, and start there. After several weeks (more than two or three) evaluate from there.
