Hey, I just joined MFP. I am a 20 year old female and I just started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred five days ago. I am hoping to lose a bit of weight and tone up for my vacation in February. After that, I hope to keep it up and maybe do Ripped in 30 or some other program. I would love to be friends and share stories, etc!
