JM 30DS Motivation

I have been so pumped for the past ten days because I started Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred just in time to tone up before I go on vacation.

But yesterday was day ten, and I did a weigh in and measurement check... and everything is the exact same.

I have been doing the workout every day, full intensity, and I definitely feel like it has gotten easier. I have also been doing other workout classes such as Bodyflow at my gym (yoga/tai chi/pilates combo), and I have been eating really healthy (see my diary for yourself)!

So, I was kind of upset to find not even the tiniest change in my body measurements. Is this normal? Before I began I swear I read a lot of people's stories who had result after ten days.

Any advice would be appreciated because now I just don't feel as motivated... although I know ten days isn't really all that much and I do plan on sticking it out the whole 30 days and hopefully see some change.
