Before and After... but not done yet
This is a pic of me last year when I started MFP back in March. I was over 236 pounds, but felt proud. Sad to say the weight came back. But the next photo is me now. I've lost 26 pounds since February and I'm not done year. I'm almost halfway to my goal, but just wanted to share. It can be done!

Stuck at a plateau for 2 months!

More people for motivation
So, I've been using MFP for over a year and I lost 16 pounds last year. But, sadly, gained it all back through stress eating. Now, I've lost 20 pounds and wanna keep going but need some friends that are going to post, comment and give me the motivation to continue. I will do the same back! Feel free to add me.

Water and exercising
Ok, so I've been working out pretty steadily for the last couple months. Today at the gym, I was unable to lift any weight with my left arm and everything was difficult. I have been working out slightly and am trying to motivate myself to go and lose more weight. What drives you to get out and exercise? For me it's my health and that I want to look good and feel good about myself for once. Any help will be appreciated!

Calories burned
I used the stationary bike and the treadmill at the gym but I am wondering if I am really burning as many calories on these machines as they say I am. I am only asking because when I try to put the information in on MFP the numbers are higher by almost 300-400 calories compared to the number I get on the machines at the…
