Ok, so I've been working out pretty steadily for the last couple months. Today at the gym, I was unable to lift any weight with my left arm and everything was difficult. I had not drank my normal 16 glasses of water. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this and if it was directly related to water consumption. Thanks.

I've never had that happen. We all have bad workouts once in awhile though. As long as you are not injured and have a normal workout next time I'd just call it a bad workout and not worry about it.0

Was there pain involved or what do you mean by "unable to lift any weight"? Sounds more like an injury or muscle fatigue.0
