fuller longer
What foods do you eat that keep you fuller longer? Yesterday my lunch was oatmeal and 2 hard boiled eggs. Dinner I had a PBJ and I ended up so hungry by the end of the day I gorged. Any ideas??

sick baby, help needed
My son has had this cold which has locked us indoors. He is still his energized little self with a runny nose. I've noticed with him, being the same 9 month old lil guy that he is, I haven't been able to do much. Does anyone have any ideas of things I can do with him crawling around, highly energized and sick?

My BMR is currently at 1432 but my profile states 1790. I don't undertstand why they are different. I'm thinking this is the reason why I haven't seen a loss yet. Can someone explain, please?
