Hi, I'm going to start working out on the treadmill tomorrow, I was just wondering what do I record it under in my exercise diary? Dumb question I know, it will probably be really obvious! lol :drinker:

365 days today!
Well today I hit my 365 days mark! I am so happy with myself, I never EVER thought I would get this far! Into size 14 trousers!
I bought some size 14 (UK - I believe a 10 or 12 US??) trousers today! That actually fasten! So happy! :laugh: Haven't bought that size in about 4 years! Oh, and I completed L2 D1 of the Shred, following Natalie, without dying! (Although I felt like I was going to!) Woohoo! :laugh:

Reached 2 stone (UK) / 28 lbs loss! And dropped 2 dress size
Finally today I reached my 2 stone (28 lbs) loss (still about double that to go!) !! UK-ers will understand how much of an achievement that is lol! :laugh: And also I've now dropped two dress sizes, gone from a UK 20 (US 18?) to UK 16 (US 14?) so far! (unsure of US sizes lol) So pleased with myself! :happy:

Down to 200 lbs!!
I've hit the 200 lbs mark!! I'm so happy!! Plus I've lost nearly as much weight this week than in the last six weeks put together (was losing half a lb a week, if that; this week I'm 1.7 lbs down :happy: ) Only 4 lbs to go until my first mini goal!! Just had to share I'm so happy!! :laugh:
