I weigh in pretty much every day but don't log every day. But if I have the same number as a gain say 3 days in a row, then yes, I'll log it. I just personally like to be true to myself

The end of January 2010, looking at old/recent pictures of me and just feeling disgusted, and from getting out of breath even just moving about in the bath! Disgusting! :noway: I joined here on the 29th Jan 2010!

I'm glad I read this, I used to have a nipple piercing (over 3 years ago it came out now) and was wondering if it would be ok for breastfeeding?! I still have quite a scar on it where either hole was.

I quit the first time I tried it last year because of this! It was when I first started out losing weight and working out so I was SO unfit! :embarassed: But, I did it again in Jan/Feb this year and completed the whole thing, I was determined not to let her beat me again! I still had the aches for the first few days…

I went for a walk this afternoon but had to come back earlier than I would have liked as I needed a pee  My bladder was weak enough before being pregnant! Going to start going for at least a half hour walk every day and maybe try some yoga or something, as long as I do a little of something every day

Thank you  I've been totally and utterly exhausted throughout my first trimester, so really have not done much exercise - awful excuse I know! But, I had been eating little & often as I just couldn't eat much without feeling full - luckily I've had no sickness though! Now my appetite is starting to get a little…

I only had a banana today but I'm pregnant and can't stomach much at the min  But usually I would have 55% fruit muesli with semi skimmed milk and a piece of fruit, or weetabix with ss milk and a piece of fruit, or an English muffin with poached egg and mushrooms and a piece of fruit

Thanks

I was wondering the same thing as I also just found out I'm pregnant (also about 5 weeks!) Think I will just switch to maintain for now, haven't had any sickness, yet...

I *used* to weigh in on a Friday, simply because that's the day I started, but since I need to lose weight for our next FC appointment with the awful consultant, I do actually step on the scales every day *hangs head in shame as I used to tell people not to do that* so I know where I am and what I need to do! I think…

Yes, I can definitely see a difference in your tummy and back! Well done!

Don't get me wrong, I'm not blaming the PCOS for my weight gain, I gained weight WAY before I even found out I had it (which like you, I was the one who decided to stuff my face and get that way) and took the step to lose it MONTHS before I found out.. It's just one reason why it has been damn hard to lose it, but I am not…

I'm gonna read this later! From what I've glanced at so far though I'm totally with you all! I only found out last month I have PCOS after trying for a baby for over 2 years and starting fertility investigations last summer/autumn! So now I am on meds to make me ovulate and hopefully I will be baking more than just cakes…

I just recently found out I have PCOS while going through fertility treatment! Which is why I have always found it so hard to lose weight! I'm the same, my weight fluctuates from week to week sometimes, but when I am losing week after week, it's only usually 1lb or so and I have to really work my butt off to get that! It's…
