"Atkins Flu" SUCKS
So I woke up this morning with a splitting headache. It is Day 3 of Induction on Atkins and my body is FIGHTING to get more carbs and sugar. The mild headache started yesterday afternoon, but it is really BAD today. I don't feel like doing anything. Any home remedies that won't bust my diet?

Balancing my calories
So...funny story. A week ago I posted about how I never have enough calories and I'm hungry all the time. Not so much anymore. I'm eating about 6 times a day (3 meals / 3 snacks). So I recently cut down on my carbs, and I'm finding it difficult to find good fiber-rich foods without my cereals and breads. Sure I get a little bit in veggies and other foods, but I'd really like to find a good go-to low / no carb fiber food, so I don't have to take more supplements. Any suggestions?
