Should I change my Goal calories... or not?
Question, should I change my "GOAL" calories? I was at 1380 a day with a projected 1 1/2 lb loss per week (which never happened- I mean, I lost weight, but not quickly). I need a good fitness DVD series...
I would really like to purchase a good fitness program (dvd set), but they are all pretty expensive- so I want to make sure I'm getting my money's worth! Any suggestions?
