5'9'' 220lbs and need some motivation
I don't have much of a "support group" around me (no one doubting me, just no one encouraging me either) for my fitness goals and would love to build up a bigger group on here if at all possible. 30 Day Shred Question
I'm about to start the 30DS and am curious as to how those of you who have used it, log it in as excercise on MFP? Do you break it down or just lump it in all as one type of excersise... Any adivce would be appreciated.
