Safe to workout after stomach bug?
Hi. I'm recovering from a stomach bug, and just wondering whether it is ok to get back in the gym yet. My usual Monday routine is 1hr of weights and 1hr of cardio (both classes). I really don't want to get behind on my gym routine but equally don't want to struggle through it, or worse.
