Hi. I usually work out 4 days a week. 2 hours on a Monday, consisting of a combat based cardio class and a lifting class. 1 hour lifting on a Wednesday. Same cardio class followed by a yoga/pilates class on a Thursday, and a weights class followed by yoga on Saturday. My aim is to include a range of different types of exercise, including cardio, strength and flexibility. Looking for any tips or advice on whether I'm going about it the right way.

This is probably already a huge change compared to what you have done before - so OF COURSE you're on the right way. Don't overthink and overdo it tho - if you feel like working out 3 times a week on some weeks gives you more power for your workout thats fine too!
Workout when your body is ready for it. I think your routine sounds fantastic.
Also I love zumba, maybe you could try that out!! it's so much fun and gives you so much confidence over time!0
