upping the protein?

it's been suggested to me, that the reason I am feeling hungry could be due to lack of protein. I think my main meal is fine, as always contains meat, fish or some kind of bean etc. However, im in need of suggestions of ways to fit more protein into my midweek breakfast and lunch. I have very little time in the mornings, and a short lunch, so I need things that are quick and easy, or that can be thrown together the night before. Suggestions much appreciated

Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are both good sources of protein. Some non-Greek yogurts, like Noosa, are also good sources. If you have time on the weekend, you could boil a bunch of eggs and then eat them throughout the week too.0

I second the hard boiled eggs idea. I eat those all the time. Also nuts are good. I usually try to have a sandwich for lunch with either tuna fish, peanut butter or lean chicken/turkey slices.0
