Water consumption - question
If I drink fruit or herbal tea can I count that as water consumption or is it strictly plain water? I know they are caffeine free.

I haven't had time to search back through ancient posts so here goes. Any Les Mills fans here? Bodypump and Bodybalance for me. I used to do RPM but don't like it any more. I would LOVE to do cxworks or Bodycombat but not available to me :(

barefoot running
Just going to start running (with a coach). I want to get some barefoot running shoes with the intention of eventually going completely barefoot. Anyone recommend any CHEAP (that means cheap - reduced, not cheap rubbish) barefoot shoes? I am also going to ask the coach when I see him, but he probably doesn't use anything…

Aldi - running gear
Aldi is getting running gear in next week. Trainers for £20 and other bits and bobs of clothing for £10 - £20. Can't beat it. I'll be there! Saves shelling out loads of cash just for a designer label. I know the best running shoes are properly fitted ones, but off the shelf Nikes cost £50+ and they can't be that much…

HEMP protein
I said I would never take protein or similar in a supplement form but due to not getting enough protein, and working out I have been advised to. I was recommended some Hemp protein from Holland & Barrett, going to take it only on the days I work out. A bit apprehensive, but I think it has to be done.

discrepancy in nutrition amounts
I was just inputting one of my regular recipes. If I input Aldi's sweet valley chickpeas the sodium is 3500. If I input Co op Chickpeas the sodium 1600. Both are just chickpeas in water with no added salt. So why is this? It makes a big deal if that is the real amount of sodium...... The Aldi tin says 0.02g of sodium per…
