anyone else love the buzz exercise.
I think i have a problem..... i find myself thinking of how to get my next buzz. I love the feeling after smashing a class and knowing ive worked very hard... same after a run. Almost want to have a Rocky moment and punch the air!! Forgive me but i think ive turned into a Exercise Geek - anyone else want to own up to it? :)

So Is this true? Will you lose a pound a week if you burn 3,000 calories? Or is it a lot of crap? The reason i am asking is i want to set myself a goal?
