Looking forward to things being habbit!

Is anyone else looking forward to the day eating and living a healthy life is just something you don’t have to think about? Something you do out of habit!

I certainly am… I feel like it’s a struggle not going over to the shop to buy something I know is bad.
Or going to the gym/class instead of watching something on the TV!

I’m hoping it will come. Just feels so forced!!
Like im telling myself ‘’you will go to the gym – its important’’ ''You dont need those sweets or chocolate bars''
Talking myself (never a good sign - talking to yourself) into it all the time.

I think maybe I need to set myself a goal…. Was doing so well when I had a holiday to slim down/tone up for!

If only we could we could book another holiday!! £££
