How much water are you drinking? If i dont drink at least 8 cups per day (i drink more if working out) i seem to hang onto all the weight i want to lose that week. Just an idea! :)

Ive notice something with myself - the more water i drink the better i feel. Try upping your water in take to 2L - Really easy to not drink enough when working out and not noticing the signs your body needs it. Ive lost 10Lb in 3 weeks by eating clean, walking and drinking 2L per day and working out 3 times a week. Getting…

The other thing ive notice otherthan going to the loo a lot is My skin is a lot softer and looks more alive! Which i really like! :) But that could be from the water or the diet im trying i dotn know! ;)

What sort of things have you added to your meals? Or do you just eat more of the same thing. Ive actually trainned my body to know when its full.... which i think was my problem i ate too quick etc and too much! Well done on getting to your goal weight! :)

Im going to 1 tonight in suffolk! The lady that does the classes also does a bootcamp class style thing i go to so i thought it would be a good cardio workout! I'll let you know if i enjoy it! ;0) Thanks for your reply. xxx
