What you will need.........

125g Butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 bananas
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups self raising flour
100g Chocolate chips

1. Cream and butter and sugar until fluffy
2. Add 1 egg at a time. After the first egg is added, make sure it is properly mixed in before adding the other
3. Mash up both the bananas and add to the mixture.......mix well
4. Sift the baking powder and self raising flour together into the mixer. I like to do 1 cup at a time just so the flour doesn't go everywhere lol
5. Add the chocolate chips and mix all together

Makes 21 :-)

If you search in the food base you can find it under "choc chip banana muffins"
