I started at 240-245 and I'm down to 210. Im 39 @ 5'11". My M-F routine is get home from work. Lift for about 30 mins and run about 15 - 30 mins. Do sit ups matter when I have a belly?
I'm doin good getting to my goal but still a ways off. Is doing sit ups gonna have any effect while my belly is still large? How long till your new routine felt normal?

Just curious. If I stick to my diet for 6 days and weigh 215 or so and completely gorge myself 1 day when does that day of gorging show on the scale? Question on starvation mode.
When I started my diet I was having trouble keeping under my goal. Now I'm having trouble making 1200 cals. Mainly due to exercise. I know they say you need at least 1200 cals a day to prevent starvation mode but if I eat 1300 cals and work off 400 running will that still trigger the starvation mode? I get the nastygram if…
