Recommended Daily Fiber?
When I look at my Food Diary, it lists my daily fiber requirement at only 14 grams. This seems awfully low to me. Is there any way to change it or have it recalculate?

Increasing speed
What is/are the best ways to increase your over-all speed when jogging? I can run a consistent 11 minute mile for about forever... but I want to increase to about a 9.5/10 minute mile and I am not sure the most effective way to do it. Would it be adding more time to my jogs? Doing intervals? Having specific sprint days?…
