Silly question about carbs
good morning everybody, I am having a tin of vegetable soup for lunch, now I thought this would come from my five a day group but apparently it's full of carbs? Am I being thick or what ha ha

No salt
omg I have been cutting salt out of my diet this week and my meals taste so bland and boring. I usually cook with salt in my veggies and potatoes and put salt on my dinner. Tonight I made pasta with sauce and vegetables, even that was bland and yucky

hello, i absolutely love drinking lattes. I have one most days at work from the vending machine. I deduct the calories from my daily intake so Ime guessing it's ok to have one every day!

I can't see my ticker on my home page. I have the my fitness pal app downloaded on my iPad and I have gone onto myfitnesspal.com and added my ticker but I can't see it on my app.

The nutrition info on the food diary is different from the website to the app. Does anybody know if I can add sugar onto the app.

Displaying nutritionist on food diary question
Another question please. The app on my iPad shows the nutrition next to each food so I can see it at a glance. I. E cals, carbs, fat, protein, fibre and sodium. It doesn't show the sugar but it show the sugar if I log in on my laptop. Does anybody know if I can change this as I would like to see the sugar at a quick glance…

Nutritional goals
Ime a bit confused about the nutritional goals. The pie chart says I can have carbs 50percent, fat 30percent, protein 20percent and so far I have had 39 carbs, 39 fat, 22 protein so this tells me I can't have any more fat or protein today but when you look at the nutrients it says I still have 18g fat left, 100g carbs and…

Help understanding the pie chart
Hi guys, Ime a bit confused and was hoping somebody could explain to me. The pie chart says I can have 50 percent carbs, 30percent fat and 20 percent protein but the nutrients chart says I can have more grams of protein than fat. So which is correct. Thanks
