BMI and body fat

my BMI is right but my body fat is over. How do I correct this ?

You have a couple of choices. You can continue to focus on losing body fat via a calorie deficit or you can eat at maintenance while doing progressive resistance exercise (e.g., bodyweight calisthenics, lifting weights, etc.) in order to lose fat while building muscle. If you choose the first, you should still do some sort of resistance exercise in order to minimize muscle loss. It comes down to a bit of personal preference.
