Protein and bloating
Hi Guys I have recently really upped my protein and I think it is causing me to always have a bloated feeling in my stomach because I think it is not digesting it all. Has anyone else experienced this, should i lower my protein or will my body get used to it? the bloating is becoming unbearable ;(

Just wanted to say thanks to the person who gave this recipe 500g cottage cheese 2 beaten eggs mix together and add quiche like vegetables mushrooms, peppers etc put into a flan dish and bake for about 25 minutes its LUSH mwah x
