Good question~ I've been wondering this myself...lol I can eat oatmeal, fruit, & coffee w/creamer (that i will not give up) for breakfast...and i'll already be over on suger. Ofcourse, it goes down a wee bit after exercise but still. It's easy to go over. How much is too much?:drinker:

Naturally occurring sugars from fruits and veggies is fine, just watch your refined and added sugar intake! If you "can't live" without adding sugar to your cereal/tea/coffee, and you are going WAY over your suggested sugar intake, try to wean yourself off it. Just add a bit less each day until you get used to it without it!

I go over on my sugar every day, but it is all from fruit/veggies, and I have lost a bit, so it isn't the end of the world!

    Hello,

I noticed that according to your suggested sugar intake, I go over it by double or more.

Take today as an example, I have eaten healthily but have already managed to go over my sugar allowance.

I eat lots of fruit and drink juice so I guess that is what is doing it.

Does it actually matter? Should I be trying to reduce it even though the calories etc are ok?

    No, it doesn't matter.

Find someone out there who has become obese from eating too much fruit and going over their allotted sugar intake. Eating too many calories makes you gain weight, not sugar.

    Hi!~
If you go to: Settings, then Food diary, you can change up which nutrients you'd like to show.
