Good question~ I've been wondering this myself...lol I can eat oatmeal, fruit, & coffee w/creamer (that i will not give up) for breakfast...and i'll already be over on suger. Ofcourse, it goes down a wee bit after exercise but still. It's easy to go over. How much is too much?:drinker:0

Naturally occurring sugars from fruits and veggies is fine, just watch your refined and added sugar intake! If you "can't live" without adding sugar to your cereal/tea/coffee, and you are going WAY over your suggested sugar intake, try to wean yourself off it. Just add a bit less each day until you get used to it without it!
I go over on my sugar every day, but it is all from fruit/veggies, and I have lost a bit, so it isn't the end of the world!0 -
Thanks Kiwi!~ Good to know:) I've been going over very little, but still felt guilty about it...lol Great loss by the way~ GO YOU!!!:flowerforyou:0

Hello,
I noticed that according to your suggested sugar intake, I go over it by double or more.
Take today as an example, I have eaten healthily but have already managed to go over my sugar allowance.
I eat lots of fruit and drink juice so I guess that is what is doing it.
Does it actually matter? Should I be trying to reduce it even though the calories etc are ok?0 -

No, it doesn't matter.
Find someone out there who has become obese from eating too much fruit and going over their allotted sugar intake. Eating too many calories makes you gain weight, not sugar.0 -

Hi!~
If you go to: Settings, then Food diary, you can change up which nutrients you'd like to show.0
