i was always told not to eat a banana before bed because it stops u sleeping?!

half was 180cals x i used half a red pepper as my veg x

i did gas mark 6, thats about 180 degrees c. and i have a open diary and ate it for lunch if you want to see the cals x

whey protein bcaa before and after workout flaxseed oil (cod liver oil would be better) glutamine glucosamine kre alkalyn - find its better than creatine multivitamin digestive enzymes casein before bed flippin hell that seems loads :o
