I love balls, oh how I love balls.
A little recipe for a yummy burst of protein and energy
Mix together:
90grams organic no added crap peanut butter, ie meridian
30grams chocolate protein powder, I used phd chocolate cookie
20grams good quality honey, or even agave syrup
15mls dairy free milk, I used Kallo soya
This should provide a nice consistency to roll the mix into 6 balls, mine weighed 25grams each.
Put the balls into the freezer for 30 mins
Melt 15grams coconut oil and mix in a tsp of organic cocoa powder
Stab the balls with a sick and cover them with the melted cocoa mix which should harden quick due to the balls being cold
Pop into the fridge to ensure all is hard, et voila!
