Just wanted to say thanks to the person who gave this recipe
500g cottage cheese
2 beaten eggs
mix together and add quiche like vegetables mushrooms, peppers etc put into a flan dish and bake for about 25 minutes

i did gas mark 6, thats about 180 degrees c. and i have a open diary and ate it for lunch if you want to see the cals x0

There is a Cooking Light quiche I make this reminds me of. It calls for ham and spinach, nonfat condensed milk. You also spray the pan down with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle a little bit of swiss on the bottom, which gives a bit of crunch and flavor to the quiche.
It is delicious, though, and looking forward to trying this simpler version. Will probably sub egg whites in a carton for actual eggs.0 -
