Sounds nice, Do you blend the cottage cheese so it's smooth?

There is a Cooking Light quiche I make this reminds me of. It calls for ham and spinach, nonfat condensed milk. You also spray the pan down with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle a little bit of swiss on the bottom, which gives a bit of crunch and flavor to the quiche.

It is delicious, though, and looking forward to trying this simpler version. Will probably sub egg whites in a carton for actual eggs. :)

this is amaaaaaaaazing! I used 600g of cottage cheese and three small eggs with ham mushrooms and peppers with herbs and topped with a tiny bit of cheese......soooooo good, will be a new addition to my salads!!

However mine was a little watery when it was cooking so had to drain it, may have been the mushrooms tho, they may need frying beforehand!

Definitely want to try! Just to be sure though, I looked up 'gas mark 6' (ok, mostly because I had never heard of that as a gauge before, lol) and the tables I found said it was about 200C or 400F.
