Starting over....yet again
I am beginning to get very frustrated with myself. I know I am not happy where I am, yet I am finding it very difficult to find the time and energy needed to eating right and exercising. I am sad
:cry: My little brother (he is 21) has been sentenced to 2 - 8 years in maximum security prison. I totally understand that he has done this to himself and he has to pay for his mistakes. I have been so upset all day, I have hardley eaten at all.

Sex is not listed in the exercises. I know that it burns calories, it has been proven. Maybe I am not putting it in there right? :blushing: Jumping Jacks are not there either.
