My name is Shari. I am 35 and weigh about 220. I work full time, go to school full time, 4 kids and a husband. My challenge is finding the time to work out and eat right without feeling deprived of sleep or food. I just finished my Bachelors Degree and I start the Masters Program in about 4 weeks. Graduation for my Bachelors Degree is May 1st. This is my first weight loss goal. 4 months is not very long. I don't think I can get down where I want to be (150) in a healthy way, I may need to increase that goal weight and be happy with it.
