Gym 4 Week Check-in SO HAPPY!
In the 4 weeks since I joined the gym I have lost 10lbs and 8inches! My trainer said that I was the best improvement in 4 weeks he has seen and that my hard work is really paying off! Does food guilt EVER disappear!
I am so far under my calories today it isn't funny, I am on -402 Net! I have not eaten dinner yet so that will go up a lot in a few hours don't worry! Yet howcome when I had a bite of the chocolate muffin I baked for my daughter I have all this guilt and feel like I gained 10lbs! It wasn't even a mouthful! grrrrrr

What do you do for classes, calories wise?
I do Body Combat (60mins) BLT (60mins) Boxercise(60mins) and Body Conditioning (45mins) I have been classing these as Martial Arts, Aerobics, Boxing and Weight Training in order to calculate calories burned. Is this right do you do these classes and class them as something different?
