I do Body Combat (60mins) BLT (60mins) Boxercise(60mins) and Body Conditioning (45mins)
I have been classing these as Martial Arts, Aerobics, Boxing and Weight Training in order to calculate calories burned. Is this right do you do these classes and class them as something different?

I do body combat, but i class it as aerobics - i guess it depends on the workout.. I call it aerobics because the class i do is mainly punches and kick 'dancy' type routines, medium impact...
i think i'd class it as martial arts if it were punches and kicks with the pads/punching bags, gloves etc?
i'd also try and invest in a hrm, or use a calorie calculator based on average hr etc to find a more accurate way of logging calories burned, as most people say the MFP database can be quite inaccurate as it is so generic...
hope this helps, way to go with all your exercising though, good luck!0
